Is Mirabella part of Mirasol Country Club?
No. Mirabella at Mirasol is a separate gated community of single-family homes outside the country club. It sits beside Mirasol but is its own neighborhood with its own association.
Do I have to join a club to buy in Mirabella?
No. Club membership is not required to buy a Mirabella home, and the MLS listings for Mirabella sales do not show a required membership.
Do Mirabella owners get golf or Mirasol club privileges?
No. Owning in Mirabella does not include golf membership or Mirasol club privileges. If club access matters to you, ask the club directly, or look at the villages inside Mirasol.
Is Mirabella gated?
Yes. It is gated with a 24-hour guard at the entrance.
